By booking and participating in our speedboat tours, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not book or participate in our services.
Tour Scheduling: All tours must be booked through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. Tours are confirmed only after payment is processed and subject to weather conditions.
Check-in Requirements: Please arrive at the marina at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Late arrivals may result in missed tours without refund.
Age and Health Requirements: Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Pregnant women and individuals with heart conditions, back problems, or other health issues should consult with our staff before booking.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, you must contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour departure time.

Weather Cancellations: Tours cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions by our captain will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Emergency Exceptions: We may consider refunds for same-day cancellations in cases of medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
Safety Requirements: All passengers must wear provided life jackets during the tour. Swimming stops are at the captain's discretion based on conditions.
Captain's Authority: The captain has absolute authority regarding safety decisions, route changes, and tour modifications due to weather or sea conditions.
Prohibited Items: Glass containers, illegal substances, and excessive amounts of alcohol are not permitted on board. Smoking is prohibited.
Behavior: Disruptive or dangerous behavior may result in immediate tour termination without refund and potential legal action.
